Dr.. Noura Saber Al Mazrouei is a writer, academic and Qanoun musician. She obtained a PHD in Gulf Studies from the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter in the UK, and a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Arizona,USA. She obtained a diploma of international tolerance expert from the Mohammed bin Rashid College.

Among the publications she issued, a book entitled "History of the Relations between the Emirates and Saudi Arabia"; This book won the Al Owais Innovation Award in 2017 for the best book published by an Emirati author. She lectures at the Emirates Diplomatic Academy, Zayed University and Abu Dhabi University. She has many periodicals in magazines and newspapers, including ”Al-Turath magazine“ , ”Music Research magazine“ , ”Al-Ettihad newspaper“, and ”Al-Khaleej newspaper“ The Gulf News.

Her writing is limited to history, arts and culture, and her articles focus on the ethical and educational aspects. She believes that the arts work to refine the soul, promote tolerance, accept the other, and promote societies culturally. Therefore, she gave many lectures on the importance of using fine arts of all kinds in our lives. She is currently working on two books, the first entitled "The Impact of Music on Our Lives." The second book is entitled "Messages for Self-Development."
