Biography:

Learned to make the Oud from the age of 13 by the famous Turkish Oud maker “ Ali Nashadir” in Al Salemin workshop in Kuwait. His ambition has always been to develop the level of Oud instrument with a methodology based on an accurate physical and mathematical measurement and distances. The manufacturer Yacoub Jassim is keen to select and inspect all the wood that used in manufacture and are subject to stages of drying  of impurities or fat within the wood to give the best results, and he uses rare wood that is difficult to use for its sensitivity. Yacoub Jassim participated in many festivals and workshops related to the Oud instrument, he is eager to reach a world lass Oud music instrument for professional player which searches for a musical instrument that accurately distinguishes  the tones and their strength between instruments. And was able to achieve clear results in this area.
